About Room booking

Room booking at the conference venue Mision Carlton Hotel

We have reduce our original price to 85 USD par single room with full excellent breakfast buffet and all with taxes. If you share a room you get the same for just 46.25 USD. Be aware that if you contact directly the hotel the price does not include taxes and breakfast. The big advantage of staying in this hotel is that since your fees includes the lunch, practically you do not need to leave the hotel for meals. Consequently at noon after lunch you will still have at least 30 minutes for a nap before the afternoon conference sessions. And the best you will have the opportunity to be in touch with researchers of around 23 countries during breakfast, lunch and tours and dinner. The last but not least, we have prepared a nice and high quality cultural program featuring typical and romantic aspects of Mexico.

Instructions

Instructions for oral and poster papers

1) The /poster/ tableau has /dimensions/ 80 (width) x 120 (height) cm, which means that you can show there 12 pages in format A4.
2) In addition to, the author has to prepare a one power point slide to summarize his poster paper in front of the audience shortly before beginning of a whole afternoon poster session.
3) It is mandatory that the authors should present their poster to the attendees.
4) In case something hampers you to present your oral or poster presentation, please early as possible let us know so that you will no be considered as a "no show author".

Oral Presentations

Check the date and time of your presentation. Be in time for a 20 minute lecture.

Poster Presentation

Prepare a 1 power point slide as a summary of your poster. At the beginning of the poster session Tuesday 15:30 to 18:30, you will present in a less of 1 minute this summary in front of the audience. Hang your poster during lunch time in the assigned panel, see the program for your panel number. Be on time for present your power point slide and stay in front of your poster to explain it.
