Gaviota Tours S.A Travel Agency as the Receptor of the Event, offers the following package for the international participants:

This price includes:
Accomodation at Palco Hotel, a four-star hotel located in Havana according to the food plan including one drink.
This price does not include:
Airport tax
Transfer In (José Martí International Airport – Palco Hotel)
Transfer Out (Kohly-Bosque Hotel – José Martí International Airport)
Payment:
- Payment for these services should be carried out 72 hours prior to the beginning or before checking in at the Hotel, if you are using a bank transfer you should pay 10 days before the services and show the Bank Swift.
- Credit Cards are allowed as long as they are not issued by American Banks.
- In the case of Cash this should be done in CUC and at the current exchange rate this means a 20% tax.
- In case of paying with a credit card this would be a 3,7% plus the exchange rate.
- In case you need a pre and post event stay, you should inform the agency to offer you new packages.
- Important: These prices are valid just for the event to take place between the 9th and 12th of September 2008.
