 The CIARP 2008 Organization  Committee is interested in the  attendance of the largest number of  specialists for the conference.  Hotel Palco, an added value, has 178  comfortable rooms: junior suites,  superior suites and an executive  suite, and a service that well  deserves the four stars of the hotel.  It is connected to the Conference  Center by a gallery where one can go  shopping.

 Hotel Palco's Restaurant is located at  the  first floor of the Havana  International  Conference Center. It  is specialized  in lunch services for  congress people  and in the holding  of banquets,  cocktails, dinners and  receptions. El  Bucan Restaurant has  been essential  in the attention and good treatment to event participants, being at the same time, a kind of party of the haute cuisine with Creole and international menus and with the presence of the typical Cuban recipes.

 There are two major factors in  making the decision of the  conference venue change: The first is  related with the prices offered by the  Havana International Conference  Center; these are lower than the  former venue at Occidental Miramar  with the same quality level (a room with breakfast and dinner for just 70 CUC per night). The second reason is the service quality, taking into account that the Center is dedicate to the activity.
