PAPER SUBMISSION AND REVIEW PROCESS

All the 12 A4-pages papers will be submitted in English. All submissions will be peer reviewed for originality, technical content and relevance to the theme of this conference by at least two members of the Scientific Committee. The reviewing process will be on full papers, blind double blind. The papers should be submitted electronically before June 19, 2005.

Please submit your paper at: xciarp@cenatav.co.cu sending two files, one of them without any information about the authors and including, instead of this, the topic(s) in which paper must be classify (See TOPICS above). Electronic PDF-based paper submission is mandatory.

Accepted papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Computer Science as in 2003 (LNCS 2905) and in 2004 (LNCS 3287).

We firmly recommend for the authors to follow the LNCS guidelines, available at http://www.springeronline.com/sgw/cda/frontpage/0,11855,5-164-2-72376-0,00.html.

Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register before September 1 and to present the communication at the conference if it is accepted. The organizers guarantee the publication in the proceedings only in case that at least one of the authors registers before September 1, 2005 .
